NFL MVP odds: Lamar Jackson, Dak Prescott, Brock Purdy, Josh Allen or Christian McCaffrey?

The NFL has named its finalists for the NFL Most Valuable Player Award, which is given out by the Associated Press.

There are five finalists for the award, and four of them are quarterbacks: Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens, Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys, Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers and Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills.

The fifth finalist is 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey.

The award winner will be announced on Feb. 8 as part of the NFL Honors award show.

Who will win the award?

Take a look at odds for each finalist, courtesy of BetMGM Sportsbook, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook, to get an idea. The award is based on play in the regular season and voting for the award is done by a panel of 50 media members.

Jackson is an overwhelming favorite for the award, with Prescott behind him in the odds, with Purdy, Allen and McCaffrey longshots for the honor.

Lamar Jackson NFL MVP odds

Jackson threw for 3,678 yards and 24 touchdowns (seven interceptions) this season. He ran for 821 yards and five touchdowns. The Ravens went an NFL-best 13-4 in the regular season.

Dak Prescott NFL MVP odds

Precott passed for 4,516 yards and 36 touchdowns (nine interceptions) on the season. He ran for 242 yards on 55 carries, with two touchdowns. The Cowboys were 12-5 in the regular season.

Brock Purdy NFL MVP odds

Purdy threw for 4,280 yards and 31 touchdowns, with 11 passes intercepted. He rushed 39 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns. The 49ers were 12-5 in the regular season.

Josh Allen NFL MVP odds

Allen passed for 4,306 yards and 29 touchdowns, with 18 passes intercepted in the regular season. He rushed 111 times for 524 yards and 15 touchdowns for the 11-6 Bills.
