Steelers-Ravens: What we learned
PITTSBURGH -- Ben Roethlisberger answered Joe Flacco's late drive Sunday and the Pittsburgh Steelers rallied to beat the Baltimore Ravens 19-16 on Shaun Suisham's fourth field goal -- a 42-yarder on the game's final play at Heinz Field.
The winning drive was seven plays and covered 39 yards for the Steelers (2-4), who won their second consecutive game.
"Nice win for us," Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said. "It took contributions in all three phases and it's good to get that type of result under those circumstances.
"It probably wasn't perfect. It never is, but obviously, it was significant getting our first home win and getting our first AFC North win, (and) trying to remain relevant."
Suisham's field goal was the eight-game winning kick of his career, including his sixth with the Steelers.
With 1:58 to play, Flacco tossed a 1-yard touchdown pass to tight end Dallas Clark, capping a 16-play, 73-yard for the Ravens (3-4) that tied the game.
It was his seventh touchdown pass against the Steelers in the past six meetings, but it went for naught after Suisham's kick.
Roethlisberger finished 17 of 23 for 160 yards and one touchdown. He was sacked three times but had a quarterback rating of 107.2.
"We got to Suisham's range and we count on him to make it every time," Roethlisberger said.
Flacco was 24 of 34 for 215 yards and one touchdown. He was sacked once and had a 97.1 rating.
"We were able to put were able to put the ball in the end zone and tie the game up," Flacco said. "You're feeling good and you're ready to go. You're ready to get the ball back or go into overtime and win the game."

What we learned about the Steelers
1. The Steelers can run the football. Despite entering the day ranked next-to-last in the league, the Steelers churned out a season-high 141 yards on 29 carries, a 5.2 average per carry. Rookie Le'Veon Bell led the way with 93 yards on 13 carries.
2. The Steelers finally figured out a way to beat the Ravens at home in a regular-season game. Baltimore had won its past three regular-season visits to Heinz Field until Sunday. Not surprisingly, nine of the past 10 meetings in have heated rivalry have been decided by a touchdown or less.
What we learned about the Ravens
1. Baltimore still is struggling to run the football. The Ravens entered the game ranked 27th in the NFL in rushing, averaging 72.7 yards per game and were tied with the Jacksonville Jaguars for lowest average yards per carry in the league at 2.7. Baltimore was limited to 82 yards rushing by Pittsburgh on 26 carries, a 3.2 average.
2. Baltimore linebacker Terrell Suggs always finds a way to sack Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger. Suggs had one sack for minus-5 yards Sunday. His 16 1/2 sacks against Roethlisberger is the most by any opponent.
