Report: Man alleges Hernandez shot him in the face
Aaron Hernandez, already linked in some capacity to a homicide in a Boston suburb, reportedly shot another man in the face after they left a strip club, says TMZ.
A lawsuit filed on June 13 in Florida alleges that Hernandez shot Alexander Bradley after the two men left Tootsie's Cabaret together in Miami on Feb. 13 of this year. The lawsuit was dismissed four days later, but the report indicated that it was withdrawn because of a paperwork error and will soon be refiled.
The two men argued and Bradley's lawsuit alleges that Hernandez waved a gun in his face when the weapon discharged, striking him in the face and causing him to lose his right eye.
The report indicated that Bradley needed major surgery to reconstruct his face and also suffered injuries to his right arm.
