Nebraska players, coaches and alumni react to Dylan Raiola’s commitment

Reactions continue to pour in following the commitment of quarterback Dylan Raiola. The five-star recruit is currently ranked as the No. 1 quarterback in the class of 2024. The quarterback flipped his commitment from the Georgia Bulldogs after having initially committed to Ohio State.

He is also the highest-ranked prospect in the modern era of college football recruiting. Raiola’s father, Dominic, played center at Nebraska from 1998 to 2000. His uncle Donovan is the Cornhuskers offensive line coach.

In 2023 Raiola threw for 2,819 yards with 34 touchdowns and one interception. In total, he had 8,442 passing yards, 88 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions for his prep career.
