Is this the most fun Boston Celtics team since the King in the Fourth?

The Boston Celtics are a very good team, good enough to be in the mix to win the 2023 NBA title despite a few minor road bumps that looked much bigger when they first emerged. After dispelling the naysayers concerned about the loss of veteran forward Danilo Gallinari, the suspension of head coach Ime Udoka, and the rehabilitation of starting center Robert Williams III, the Celtics have shown themselves to be one of the most fun versions of themselves since the tenure of Isaiah Thomas.

With Boston playing with the same wind beneath their wings as they had in the epoch of the King in the Fourth, it’s been a joy to watch for Celtics fans.

And after a rough start to last season and a few disappointing campaigns before them, it’s been a most welcome beginning to 2022-23.

Take a look at the clip embedded above as the hosts of the Celtics Blog “First to the Floor” podcast as they reflect on an amazing start to the season.
