Here are Monday's high school sports results for the Appleton and Green Bay area

BASEBALL

Bay Port 21-6, Sheboygan South 0-2

SUAMICO – The Pirates swept the Fox River Classic Conference doubleheader over the Redwings.

Cal Casper was 4-for-4 with a double, a triple and five RBI in the first game. Carter Kallies was 3-for-4, including a double, and drove in three runs.

Carson Hawley pitched four innings to get the win. He allowed one hit and struck out five.

In the second game, Dylan Heier pitched five innings, allowed four hits and struck out four. He was also 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and an RBI.

Brooks Knutson added three hits, with a double, and drove in a run.

Austin VanDeYacht pitched the final two innings to get the save. He did not allow a hit and struck out five.

Notre Dame 9-4, Ashwaubenon 7-3

ASHWAUBENON – The Tritons swept the doubleheader, winning the second game in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Christian Collins and Brady LaViolette both had two hits and an RBI in the second game. Bryson Koehne also had two hits.

Jack Frelich picked up the win in relief of starter Noah Smits, who allowed two earned runs in six innings and struck out nine.

Koehne had three hits and three RBI in the first game. Emmett Hunter also had three hits and drove in two runs, and Collins had two hits.

Zachary Le Mieux was the winning pitcher in relief in the opener.

De Pere 6-15, Green Bay Southwest 1-2

GREEN BAY – The Redbirds swept the doubleheader behind strong pitching from Easton Arendt and Lucas Koskey.

Arendt pitched six innings in the first game. He allowed three hits, walked one and struck out eight.

Milo Upton hit a home run and drove in two runs for De Pere. Axle Donaldson had a triple and three RBI.

Koskey pitched four innings in the second game. He gave up two hits and struck out four.

Devin Weber had two hits, including a double, and drove in five runs. Donaldson hit a home run and drove in two runs. Koskey and Ryan Wettstein both had two RBI.

West De Pere 5, Xavier 1

DE PERE – The Phantoms scored three runs in the sixth inning to take control in the victory over the Hawks.

Both teams finished with five hits.

Drew VanOss had two hits and an RBI for West De Pere. Samuel Berg had a triple and two RBI. Jackson Meisner scored two runs.

Logan Wierzba pitched six innings to get the win. He allowed four hits, an unearned run and struck out five without a walk.

Reid Hietpas led Xavier with two hits and scored the only run.

Tyler Brightman pitched six innings for the Hawks. He allowed five hits, five runs (one earned) and struck out seven with zero walks.

Denmark 6, Seymour 3

DENMARK – Jaycob Dittmer and Brandon Dvorak had RBI singles in the fourth inning as the Vikings took a 5-1 lead and went on to the win.

Ebyn LaForest’s sacrifice fly in the second inning put Denmark ahead 2-1.

Dittmer finished 3-for-3 and Dvorak was 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Dvorak was the winning pitcher, going four innings and giving up three hits and one run. Cade Delarwelle pitched a 1-2-3 seventh inning for the save.

Denmark is 9-3 overall.

Menasha 1-7, Shawano 0-0

MENASHA – The Bluejays swept the Bay Conference doubleheader with a pair of complete-game shutout pitching performances.

Jacob Coopman struck out seven to get the win in the first game, and Quinn Ludvigsen struck out four for the victory in the nightcap.

Appleton East 3, Oshkosh North 2

APPLETON – Jackson Bines-Sabrowsky had the game-winning RBI as the Patriots scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning for the walk-off win.

Mason Winkler pitched six innings for East. He gave up seven hits, one earned run and struck out two.

Appleton East coach Randy Reed won his 100th career game with the victory.

SOFTBALL

Notre Dame 11, Manitowoc 2

MANITOWOC - Addyson Simpson scattered four hits and allowed two unearned runs to pitch the Tritons to the win over the Ships.

Simpson struck out seven and walked two in the complete-game victory. She also had three hits at the plate, including two doubles, and drove in a run.

Emma Jahner had three hits, stole four bases and drove in two runs. Maddie Hilts and Rissa Peters both added two hits, and Kaia Waldrop had a two-run home run and three RBI.

Paige Novak had a hit and an RBI for Manitowoc.

Oshkosh West 11, Appleton East 5

APPLETON – Alayna Sadowska pitched a complete game and struck out four to lead the Wildcats over the Patriots.

Chloe Tritt was 4-for-5 with a double and five RBI for West. Colleen Fitzpatrick was 4-for-5 with two RBI. Savannah Swanky added two hits and scored three runs.

St. Mary Catholic 4, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 1

FOX CROSSING – Nevaeh Saringer allowed five hits in six innings and struck out three to pitch the Zephyrs to the win over the Resorters.

Saringer also had two hits, including a solo home run. Adel Schneider added two hits and two runs scored, Rhiannon Reichenbacher had a triple and two RBI, Emily Vogel had a double and an RBI, and Sammi Weiss had a double for SMC.

Alyssa Lukich was 3-for-3 with two doubles for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah.

GIRLS SOCCER

Kimberly 5, Neenah 0

NEENAH – The Papermakers led 5-0 at halftime in the Fox Valley Association victory over the Rockets.

Brenna Wilson scored two goals for Kimberly. Abby Lom, Kennedy Ebben and Emily McCarthy also scored.

Hanes had a pair of assists, while McCarthy, Skyler Brey and Lom also had assists.

Notre Dame 4, Fox Valley Lutheran 1

GREEN BAY – Erin McNerney had a goal and an assist for the Tritons in the nonconference win over the Foxes.

Lacey Fabry, Sam Hendry and Jasmin Martinez also scored for Notre Dame. Teya Bordini added an assist.

Lauren Witczak was in goal for the Tritons.

BOYS LACROSSE

Appleton United 9, Wausau West 8

APPLETON – Landon Larson’s goal in overtime lifted Appleton to the victory.

Ryder Hill led Appleton with three goals. Larson, Anton Downs, Trevin Schultz and Jaylen Kempfer each had two goals.

Colin Mancl was solid in goal for Appleton.
