Maverick Stampede Rodeo kicks off Thursday

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Branden Edwards, CMU’s head rodeo coach, joined WesternSlopeNow to talk about the Maverick Stampede Rodeo.

The Maverick Stampede Rodeo starts Thursday with a kickoff party and Maverick “meat up” at the plaza on CMU’s main campus. On Friday and Saturday, student-athletes will compete in rodeo events at the Mesa County Fairgrounds.
