Masters weather update: Gate opening remains delayed, tee times pushed back at least 1 hour

UPDATE: Delayed tee times were announced Thursday morning and can be found HERE. Gates open at 9:30 a.m.

Weather is already impacting Thursday at the Masters.

Gate opening will be delayed Thursday morning. Augusta National Golf Club's 5 a.m. announcement says that gate openings and tee times have been delayed and that the first round will not begin before 9 a.m.

The first tee times were scheduled for 8 a.m., with honorary starters teeing off at 7:40 a.m.
