Manchester United will face Everton in an English Premier League match on Saturday without their top scorer.

Manchester's manager Erik ten Hag has ruled out Rasmus Hojlund due to a muscle injury ahead of United's match against Everton. It will be a significant absence for United, as Hojlund has scored 13 goals for United in all competitions so far this season.

United's manager fully expects Hojlund to be healthy enough for the FA Cup quarterfinal clash against Liverpool.

Aside from notable injuries, United is coming off a 3-1 loss to Manchester City in the derby and is currently in the sixth spot in the English Premier League table with 44 points.

Everton suffered a 3-1 defeat to West Ham United in their last English Premier League match. Beto scored Everton's only goal in the 56th minute. Currently, Everton sits at the 16th spot on the table with 25 points.

Manchester United vs. Everton predictions

The Telegraph: Manchester United to win

Dean Cooke writes: "Manchester United, who entertain Everton tomorrow lunchtime, will be desperate to bounce back after two successive defeats to Fulham and local rivals Manchester City. In an up-and-down campaign for Erik ten Hag’s side, they are sixth in the Premier League table, a whopping 11 points below fourth-placed Aston Villa. By contrast, Everton are 16th in the top-flight table and have failed to win any of their past 10 league matches. They lost 3-1 to West Ham United at Goodison Park last weekend."

The Standard: Draw 2-2

Alex Young writes: "Manchester United looked to have got their groove back in February but Rasmus Hojlund’s injury has coincided with a return to their miserable form of the autumn and winter. They simply must be more adventurous against Everton, but Sean Dyche’s side have impressed away from home this season and more than capable of earning at least a point."

Sporting News: A draw between Manchester United-Everton

Kyle Bonn writes: "Asking Everton to win at Old Trafford feels like a bit much, especially at under 3/1, but a draw at similar value seems more than achievable. The Toffees have secured a draw in three of their last six visits to Old Trafford, even if victory has eluded them at that ground in over a decade."
