LIVE: Colts fall to Titans 24-17 in Week 4 action

The Indianapolis Colts are trying to earn their first AFC South victory of the season in NFL Week 4 action against the Tennessee Titans.

The Colts (1-1-1) are coming off an upset victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, while the Titans (1-2) earned their first win of the season last week by holding off a late rally by the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Colts are 1-2-1 overall and 0-2-1 in AFC South play. The Titans are 2-2.

Matt Ryan went 27-of-37 for 356 yards, with 2 touchdowns to Mo Alie-Cox and an interception. He also fumbled three times, losing one. Colts tight ends had 11 catches for 180 yards.

Jonathan Taylor had 20 carries for 42 yards, most of those yards coming in the third quarter. Zaire Franklin was in on 15 tackles.

The Colts were -3 in turnover margin, one squelching a promising second-half drive and another leading to Tennessee's first score.

Ryan Tannehill went 17-of-21 for 137 yards and 2 touchdowns, and the Colts sacked him 3 times. Derrick Henry had 22 carries for 114 yards and a touchdown (99 yards in the first half). Former Colts defensive lineman Denico Autry sacked Ryan twice, one forcing an early fumble.

The Colts lost linebacker Shaquille Leonard to a concussion in the first half.

Taylor was fighting for a first down, but the Titans strip the ball and get it at their 22.

Matt Ryan eclipses 300 yards for the game, the 75th such game in his NFL career. Ryan hits Mo Alie-Cox for 34 yards to start the drive.

Titans WR Treylon Burks leaves the game with an ankle injury.

Matt Haack's punt goes out of bounds at the Tennessee 20. That's a 19-yard punt.

The Colts were driving before the Titans get to Matt Ryan again and force a fumble on a sack. The Colts recover. They are deciding whether to try a 57-yard field goal. Kylen Granson has 4 catches for 62 yards.

The Colts came in allowing an NFL-best 2.6 yards per carry, but Henry is well beyond that.

Colts quarterback Matt Ryan has been intercepted and has lost a fumble, issues that have plagued him this season. He is 12-of-20 for 170 yards, with a touchdown to Mo Alie-Cox. Jonathan Taylor has 11 carries for 19 yards.

Colts linebacker Shaquille Leonard, who made his season debut, got knocked out of the game when teammate Zaire Franklin leveled him when trying to make a tackle. The Titans scored on that play.

The Titans ran out of time in Colts territory and could not attempt a last-second field goal before halftime arrived.
