Let's hear from you: Choose the Spring Week 5 Delaware Online Athlete of the Week

Help decide which performance was the best in Delaware high school sports last week. Vote for the Delaware Online High School Athlete of the Week, with the winner to be announced Friday. Voting is free. Here are this week’s nominees:

Claire Fowler, Ursuline lacrosse: Senior reached 100 career goals by scoring a combined 14 in wins over Ursuline (Massachusetts), Middletown and Caravel.

Gabby Riley, Middletown girls soccer: Senior reached 100 career goals with five in an 8-1 victory over Archmere.

Noella Taylor, Red Lion Christian girls soccer: Senior had an assist in a 1-1 tie against St. Georges, then scored three goals each in wins over William Penn and Delmarva Christian.

Tanai Tippens, William Penn softball: Sophomore went 2-for-3 with a grand slam, three runs scored and two stolen bases in a 16-2 win over Archmere.

Ryan Coyne, Tower Hill baseball: Sophomore faced just one more than the minimum in six no-hit innings and struck out nine in a 10-0 victory over St. Andrew’s.
