Tuesday's Daytona 500, NASCAR Speedweek weather report: Which races have rain in forecast?

DAYTONA BEACH — When it comes to the weather, a lot can change in an hour in Florida, much less in a day.

And while there were some developments in the outlook for this weekend and the 66th running of the Daytona 500, that change wasn't necessarily for the better.

The chance of rain on Sunday dropped just slightly, falling from 70% to 66% for Great American Race day but Saturday's spiked, going from 50% to 82%. That could be even more problematic with not one, but two races scheduled as the ARCA Menards Series and Xfinity Series are both scheduled to open their respective seasons.

Friday's outlook for the opener of the Craftsman Truck Series, the Fresh From Florida 250, still looks favorable with just a 6% chance of rain.
