Corey LaJoie, Toni Breidinger, Ty Dillon on Daytona NASCAR Truck Series preliminary entry list

Formal preliminary entry lists for the Daytona 500 as well as Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Series races at Daytona were released on Monday afternoon.

The Fresh From Florida 250, the Trucks opener, consisted of 38 official entrants with Jennifer Jo Cobb expected to soon make it 39 after reports over the weekend.

The Truck Race, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday at Daytona International Speedway, will be the first points-paying race of the NASCAR season. Qualifying for the event will be held just a few hours earlier at 3.

Saturday will feature a doubleheader of racing with the ARCA Menards Series and Xfinity Series both kicking off the season. The latter event is set for a 5 p.m. green flag and it all leads up to the 66th running of the Daytona 500 at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
