Kevin Porter Jr. and Paul Reed headline 2020-21 All-NBA G League Teams

Houston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. and Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul Reed headline the players named to the 2020-21 All-NBA G League First Team, the league announced on Tuesday.

Porter led all NBA G League players in scoring after averaging 24.1 points, 7.2 assists, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 15 games this season with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He was named the G League Player of the Week once and became the first player this season to record a triple-double.

Meanwhile, Reed on Monday was named the NBA G League Most Valuable Player and Rookie of the Year after averaging 22.3 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.8 blocks. He shot 58.8% from the field and 44.4% from 3-point range in 15 regular-season games.

In addition to the First Team, the NBA G League also announced the Second and Third Teams with a trio of players from the Raptors 905 earning Second Team honors.
