Jaylen Waddle, Xavien Howard lead Dolphins’ list of inactives vs. Eagles

The Miami Dolphins are ready to finish their preseason campaign, their first under new head coach Mike McDaniel, as they’re taking on the Philadelphia Eagles at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night.

For the matchup, the Dolphins have listed 10 players as “Not Expected to Play,” including wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and cornerback Xavien Howard.

Joining those two on this list are running back Chase Edmonds, fullback Alec Ingold, tight end Tanner Conner, left tackle Terron Armstead, cornerback Keion Crossen, and linebackers Andrew Van Ginkel, Brennan Scarlett and Calvin Munson.

Some of these players are fully healthy and don’t need the extra work, while some are recovering and working their way back from injuries.

The Dolphins and Eagles will kick off at 7:00 p.m. ET on local CBS or through streaming.
