Here's how Amarillo-area tennis players fared at the UIL state tournament

Multiple Amarillo-area tennis players brought home some hardware after their performances at the UIL state tennis tournament in San Antonio.

Randall's Kynlee Craddock and Gabriella Dishong were crowned Class 4A doubles champions after defeating Burnet's Alyssa Van Zandt and Tatum Salinas 5-7, 7-5, 6-3 in the championship match.

Also in Class 4A, West Plain's Scout Adams and Cooper Richardson defeated Hereford's Macy Betzen and Brandon Ysaguirre in the mixed doubles championship 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 to win the state title.

In Class 5A boys singles, Tucker Haynes from Tascosa, fell in the quarterfinals to Prosper's Blake Anderson.

In 5A girls doubles, Amarillo High's Allex Gonzales-Sara Shelhamer lost to the Frisco Lakeland tandem of Ella Wertz and Mariella Davie in the quarterfinals.

In 4A girls singles, Ella Dudley from Hereford won her quarterfinal match before falling to Corpus Christi West Oso's Aracely Salinas.

Also in 4A girls singles, Lauren Brooks from Canyon fell in the quarterfinals to Taylor's Rylee Michna.

Canyon's Brylee Jesko and Brooke Febstock won their quarterfinal match before falling to Burnet's Tatum Salinas and Alyssa Van Zandt in the semifinals.

In 4A boys doubles, Daxon Betzen and Bryson Shelton from Randall won two matches before falling to Burkburnett's Caden Coker and Owen Ruiz in the finals.
