You gotta see this trick shot by the University of Louisville baseball team

Nice tricks, Louisville. (@UofLBaseball)

My Labor Day was filled with putting together long-sitting-around IKEA furniture — and I was proud of that until I saw what the University of Louisville baseball team was able to pull off.

The Cardinals baseball team staged its “annual Labor Day trick shot,” which makes it sound like it put as much effort into planning this out as the Kardashians do their annual Christmas card. The results here were much better, thank you very much.

If this is indeed an annual tradition, next year’s Cardinals players have their work cut out for them. Because this thing is a beast:

We count 11 total passes in there and 10 different people involved, meaning this was more intricate than any baseball relay or rundown. Bravo, gents.

The Cardinals finished their baseball season 53-12, making it to the College World Series before losing to eventual champion Florida and getting knocked out by TCU. I don’t have such power, but if I did, after this video Louisville would be 54-12.
