The Rams capped off a dominating drive through the District One Class 4A tournament by winning the district championship. Taking down No. 1 Conestoga was no easy task for the Rams, who had scored 17 goals in their first three playoff wins. Sophomore Addy Mills scored what would be the lone goal of the game in the final minute of the first half, taking the header off of Sophie Craig’s free kick.

The Rams’ defense remained smothering, and concluded the district tournament without allowing a single goal. Sophomore goalie Seretha DeMoss rejected the only shot on goal to come her way to secure the shutout.

The Rams last won the district title in 2020, with many of the current seniors playing in that game.
