Girls basketball roundup: St. Marys' Dieringer surpasses 1,000 career points

Jan. 23—ST. MARYS — Kendall Dieringer passed 1,000 points for her varsity career in the host Roughriders' 53-46 girls high school basketball victory Saturday against Bryan.

Dieringer is the ninth St. Marys girls player to reach the milestone. The Roughriders improved to 13-4 on the season and Bryan fell to 13-3.

LIMA — Olivia Stolly had 30 points and Kiegh Macklin scored 10 for LCC (6-11). Shaylyn Lawrence had 14 points and Patiance Cole scored 13 for USV (0-17).

BLUFFTON — Ayla Grandey had 12 points and Sami Scoles scored 10 for the host Pirates (14-4).

FORT LORAMIE — Elena Oliver had 12 points, Ava Craddock scored nine, Anne Oliver had four steals and Claire Foust contributed seven rebounds for the visiting Wildkittens (11-5) against the No. 1 ranked Division IV Redskins (17-0).
