Georgia football offers IMG Academy DB Desmond Ricks
The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to defensive back recruit Desmond Ricks, who plays high school football for IMG Academy. Ricks is a member of the class of 2024.
Ricks is an unranked prospect who plays on one of the top high school football programs in the country. Ricks plays alongside five-star defensive back recruit Kamari Wilson, another Georgia recruiting target.
Desmond Ricks would join Marlin Dean, Nolan Smith, Xavian Sorey, Warren Brinson and Lovasea Carroll as former IMG Academy players on the Georgia Bulldogs roster.
Ricks’ offers include Miami, Florida, LSU, UNC, Virginia, FSU and Ole Miss.
The rising sophomore defensive back announced his scholarship offer from Georgia via his Twitter account:

Ricks practices and trains with other top recruits at IMG Academy, which has an impressive secondary. Georgia has offered several members of the position group.
