Georgia Bulldogs in NFL Week 11: Dawgs on the Bills, Rams shine

Georgia Bulldogs in the NFL continued their strong play in Week 11. In particular, Georgia plays came up big for the Los Angeles Rams and Buffalo Bills.

Los Angeles Rams second-year cornerback Derion Kendrick recorded a clutch interception to help set the Rams and quarterback Matthew Stafford up to kick a game-winning field goal. Stafford threw for one touchdown pass as the Rams topped NFC West foe Seattle.

The Buffalo Bills dominated the New York Jets thanks in part to running back James Cook, who finished the day with over 100 total yards, and pass rusher Leonard Floyd. Floyd recorded 2.5 sacks in Buffalo’s win.

How did Georgia Bulldogs in the NFL play in Week 11? A lot of Dawgs still have to play on Monday Night Football as the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Rams cornerback Derion Kendrick's clutch interception

Los Angeles Rams second-yard cornerback Derion Kendrick’s clutch interception helped set up the Rams with good field position to end the game. Los Angeles capitalized and won 17-16 over the Seattle Seahawks.

Kendrick, a 2022 sixth-round draft pick, has 30 tackles and three pass deflections this season.

James Cook catches touchdown pass

Former Georgia running back James Cook scored a receiving touchdown to help the Buffalo Bills defeat the New York Jets. Cook totaled 102 yards on 20 touches in Buffalo’s dominant 32-6 win.

Quay Walker records seven tackles in win

Green Bay Packers linebacker Quay Walker recorded seven tackles in a 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The second-year linebacker has 73 total tackles. The former Georgia star missed Green Bay’s two previous games with a groin injury.

Matthew Stafford throws for 190 yards in comeback win

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford threw for 190 yards in a 17-16 comeback win. Stafford threw one touchdown and one interception. The former UGA quarterback has passed for nine touchdowns and eight interceptions this year.

Leonard Floyd records 2.5 sacks

Buffalo Bills outside linebacker Leonard Floyd recorded 2.5 sacks against the New York Jets. Floyd continues to terrorize the Jets, who have one of the worst offenses in the NFL.

The former Georgia star has 9.5 sacks and 24 total tackles this season.

D'Andre Swift scored touchdown in win

D’Andre Swift recorded 107 total yards and scored a rushing touchdown on 15 total touches. Swift looked crisp and is a big reason why the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 21-17 on Monday Night Football.

Jalen Carter's near interception

Jalen Carter and the Eagles moved to 9-1 and have the best record in the NFL. Carter nearly intercepted a pass on a spike play. The rookie defensive tackle recorded three tackles against the Chiefs.

 

Browns honor Nick Chubb

Chubb underwent a second successful knee surgery in recent days and watched the Cleveland Browns beat the Pittsburgh Steelers.
