Florida falls outside top 10 in AP Top 25 after loss to LSU

Florida is no longer a top-10 team in the AP Top 25.

The Gators fell from No. 6 to No. 11 after losing 37-34 at home to LSU on Saturday night. Florida was the only team that fell out of the top 10 during Week 15.

The top five stayed the same as only Alabama played on Saturday. The Crimson Tide remained at No. 1 and are followed by Notre Dame, Clemson, Ohio State and Texas A&M.

Cincinnati moved up to No. 6 in place of Florida. The Bearcats are followed by Indiana, Iowa State, Coastal Carolina and Georgia.

Florida beat the Bulldogs in November. But Georgia has been a better team with JT Daniels at QB. He didn’t play against the Gators. Georgia beat Missouri 49-14 on Saturday.

USC is at No. 13 after moving to 5-0 with a late win over UCLA on Saturday night. Three of USC’s five wins have now come via late-game comebacks. The Trojans are a spot ahead of BYU and behind Oklahoma. The No. 12 Sooners will play No. 8 Iowa State in the Big 12 championship game.
