Falcons, Patriots to coach 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl

The Atlanta Falcons’ 2022 season is over but the work is not quite done for the team’s coaching staff. According to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Falcons and Patriots are the two teams chosen to coach the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Each year, two non-playoff teams get to coach this college all-star game. Since the Falcons and Patriots each retained the majority of their coaching staffs, they made the most sense, according to Schefter.

This 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl is scheduled to be played on February 2 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
