ECC champs, fantastic freshmen and more: The Bulletin's Wrestling All-Star Team

The Bulletin is proud to present our 2023-24 Wrestling All-Star Team.

This year’s team is led by Killingly junior Brady Zadora, our Wrestler of the Year.

The wrestlers were selected from the following schools: Norwich Free Academy, Griswold, Killingly, Norwich Tech, and Ellis Tech. They were chosen with input from their coaches and from our daily top performers lists during the season.

Wrestler of the Year - Brady Zadora, Killingly

Zadora, a junior co-captain, captured his third straight Eastern Connecticut Conference championship while leading Killingly to their 11th ECC title. Zadora won an 8-2 decision over Lucas Judd (Lyman Memorial/Windham Tech) in the 132-pound final.

Zadora also won the Class S state championship in the 132-pound division. He pinned Canton’s Reese Titus at 1:20 to help Killingly win its second consecutive Class S state championship.

Zadora placed fourth in the State Open.

Zadora went undefeated during the regular season, propelling Killingly to a school-record 60 consecutive dual victories. The winning streak is the fifth longest in state history.
