Doug Pederson shares injury update on Trevor Lawrence ahead of huge Week 18

Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars have a huge Week 18 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, with Lawrence’s availability a major concern for the team.

Lawrence was knocked out of the Jags’ Week 16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and didn’t suit up for their Week 17 win over the Panthers. It was a sprained AC joint in his throwing shoulder that sidelined him as his brutal season of injuries continued. This comes after a high ankle sprain and concussion.

According to head coach Doug Pederson, Lawrence is “day-to-day” for Sunday’s game. He will practice but will be limited in those practice sessions.
The Jaguars need to win this matchup to lock up the AFC South. If they fail to win over the Titans, the winner of Saturday’s Houston and Indianapolis game would win the division.

Week 18 will be a crazy one for the AFC South.
