Chase Edmonds expected to play for Cardinals vs. Browns

The Arizona Cardinals should have their starting running back dressed and on the field when they take on the Cleveland Browns Sunday afternoon. Chase Edmonds is expected to play, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Edmonds is officially questionable for the game on the team’s final injury report with a shoulder injury.

Edmonds sustained the injury two weeks ago at the end of his 54-yard run against the Los Angeles Rams.

He played last week in the Cardinals’ 17-10 win over the San Francisco 49ers and rushed six times for 15 yards and caught three passes for 19 more.

He was limited in practice all week but, since he played last week, the fact he will suit up and start against the Browns is no surprise.

Edmonds leads the team with 270 rushing yards and is tied with DeAndre Hopkins for the most receptions on the team with 23.
