Winston, Mariota and Miller are the preseason Heisman favorites

There's not much unpredictablity among the favorites for the Heisman Trophy. They're all quarterbacks.

According to the Bovada sportsbook, Florida State QB Jameis Winston is the favorite for the Heisman at 9/2. (Meaning a $2 bet on Winston wins $9.) The second-favorite is Oregon QB Marcus Mariota at 6/1 while Ohio State QB Braxton Miller is at 15/2.

The next two players in the odds are quarterbacks as well. Baylor's Bryce Petty is 12/1, while UCLA's Brett Hundley is tied with Georgia RB Todd Gurley at 14/1.

Last year, Bovada's preseason Heisman odds had Winston at 15/1. Miller was the favorite at 9/2, while Jadeveon Clowney was at 6/1.

After Hundley and Gurley, Wisconsin RB Melvin Gordon and Auburn QB Nick Marshall are at 16/1. Marshall won't start Auburn's season opener against Arkansas after his citation for marijuana possession in July.

Notre Dame QB Everett Golson is listed as a 20/1 favorite. Golson didn't play last season after academic issues. Alabama's T.J. Yeldon is also listed at 20/1, but just below him is Alabama's Derrick Henry, the Tide's breakout star of the Sugar Bowl, at 25/1. It's highly doubtful that both of the running backs will be serious contenders for the Heisman. Heck, they could split any possible sentiments, so Alabama QB Jacob Coker at 50/1 could end up being a better bet if he's the Tide's starting QB at the beginning of the year.

The only true freshman on the board is LSU's Leonard Fournette. He's listed with 66/1 odds to win.
