MINTY BETS: I'm Minty Bets here with Yahoo's very own Kevin Iole to give us his best bet for this Saturday's Fight Night taking place at the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event will be a bantamweight bout between Petr Yan, minus 250, versus Merab Dvalishvili at plus 190. Kevin, I'm super loving this match-up here because Petr Yan is coming off of back-to-back losses looking to make a big statement here, but Merab is on an eight-fight win streak, with most of his wins coming by decision. So how are you seeing this one play out?
KEVIN IOLE: Well, and I think an important note on Merab's standpoint, too, he's coming off a very impressive win over the Hall of Famer Jose Aldo. So he is obviously at the top of his game right now. But I think Petr Yan is just a different class of fighter here. You know, you have the wrestling factor on Merab's side. Petr Yan is a really well-rounded fighter. And I think he has a lot of tools in the tool belt.
You know, the thing we're going to think of with Petr Yan is his striking. And I think that's what is going to be the difference in this. But he is a complete mixed martial artist. He does everything well. And he has no noticeable holes in his game. And he's only losing to the best of the best of the best. So as I look at this, I like Petr Yan in the fight. And I say Petr Yan will win. I tend to think he's going to knock him out, but I don't feel that strongly about it. So I'm going to go ahead and just play Petr to win.
