Minty Bets is joined by Kevin Iole to preview the upcoming UFC 274 PPV in Phoenix, Arizona.

MINTY BETS: UFC 274 takes place on Saturday, May 7 in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm Minty Bets, and joining me for his best bets is Kevin Iole. Kevin, the main event will be a lightweight title bout between Charles Oliveira, minus 165, versus Justin Gaethje, plus 135. I think this is going to be a really good fight. What's your pick for this one?
KEIN IOLE: Well, I think you're 100% right there. I think this is going to be a fantastic fight. This is a fight that could go either way, but I'm going to go with Justin Gaethje in the fight. I'm going to go with Gaethje by finish.
Charles Oliveira, a very hard guy to finish. He's an incredibly durable fighter, an incredibly talented fighter who can do a lot of things, but I just think this is Gaethje's time. I see Gaethje getting the finish midway through the fight, so I'm going to go Justin Gaethje is going to win this by finish.
MINTY BETS: I love that pick. All right, in the women's strawweight title bout, we've got Rose Namajunas, minus 200, versus Carla Esparza, plus 165. What's your pick on this one?
KEIN IOLE: Well, this is a rematch, and Esparza won the first fight, become the first UFC strawweight champion. But I think they're at different points in their career right now. Esparza has gotten better certainly, but Rose Namajunas has gotten leaps and bounds better. And I think this really sets up for a very good victory for Rose Namajunas.
I think she can get the finish here, but I'd be more comfortable. Esparza has got that wrestling that's going to create some issues, I think. But I'm going to go with Rose Namajunas by decision in this one.
MINTY BETS: All right, hard to go up against Rose. Now lastly, we've got the lightweight bout between Michael Chandler, minus 450, versus Tony Ferguson, plus 325. I mean, is there a way Tony Ferguson wins this one?
KEIN IOLE: Well, I sure think there is a way, Minty, that Tony Ferguson can win it because he's one of the greatest fighters in the division's history, but I think he's close to the end of the line here. And I wonder at this point of his life, this has been the fight that he would have dreamed of for so long, the guy that pushed the pace like Mike Chandler.
But as we saw against Justin Gaethje when Ferguson had that pace at this stage of his life, it's not quite as good. So I'm to go ahead, and I'm going to go with Mike Chandler to win this by a three-round decision.
