Ashland's Metzger named Division I District 9 Player of the Year

Ashland's Jon Metzger had a season to remember.

And on Monday, he was rewarded for it. Metzger was voted the Division I District 9 Baseball Player of the Year by a group of coaches from North Central Ohio.

Metzger was joined on first team by teammate Kamden Mowry while Ethan Bunce and Luke Bryant were second teamers and Alex Grissinger and Logan Fulk were honorable mentions.
