Gisele Bundchen prepares for World Cup ceremony

Brazil will give the honor of awarding the World Cup trophy to one of their famous supermodels.

Gisele Bundchen has been chosen to stand in for Brazil's president Dilma Rousseff, who has been the target of abuse due to the huge expense incurred from hosting the tournament, to present the golden prize to the winning team.

The Brazilian beauty will reportedly be joined by her husband Tom Brady at the event, which will take place at Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro and feature performances from Avicii, Carlos Santana and Wyclef.

Gisele, who was born in Três de Maio, divides her time between Boston, New York and Los Angeles. She is a great choice because of her Brazilian roots and her love for sports. Take a look at images of the stunning model who doubles as a sports fan.
