Troy Trojan offensive lineman completes 810-pound squat
Today’s feat of strength is brought to you by Troy University OL Terrence Jones, who put the weight room on his back and completed an 810-pound Barbell Squat. (What, 800 pounds wasn’t enough?)

The clip below has everything you’ve come to expect from a college football team weight room max rep video: a bar-bending amount of weight, the double barbell spot look, and hooting and hollering from Jones's fellow linemen.

The makers of this video doubled down on production values with a two-camera look and a super slo-mo replay. Props to you, Troy Trojan video team!

Jones will be called upon to do some heavy lifting this season as the Trojans host the upstart Duke Blue Devils and also travel to face the Georgia Bulldogs. If Jones dominates on the gridiron like he does in the weight room, you’re sure to be hearing his name a lot more around this time next season as another NFL Draft rolls around.
