Tom Brady Posts the Sweetest Birthday Message for Wife Gisele Bündchen

Supermodel and super-mom Gisele B?ndchen celebrates her 36th birthday today, and her husband Tom Brady definitely didn't forget his wife's special day.
The football star took to his Facebook page to share a touching message for his gorgeous bride, which he posted alongside an adorable snap of B?ndchen and their 3-year-old daughter Vivian riding a horse on the beach. "Happy Birthday to the love of my life," the Patriots quarterback wrote. "May this year be your best and brightest and most fulfilling. We love you!"

But this isn't the first time that this Hollywood pair has taken to social media to praise one another. On Father's Day last month the Brazilian-born beauty gushed over Brady in a sweet 'gram of their family playing together on the beach, and back in April the football star praised B?ndchen in a post of him and little Vivian watching her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
One thing's certain: these two are total #couplegoals.
