Tom Brady missing from Patriots practice; reportedly will play Sunday
It's probably nothing serious, but what else could make a Patriots fan break into daytime nightmares than a tweet like this?
But according to ESPN Boston, everything is OK. Though Tom Brady wasn't at practice during the portion the media could watch and also wasn't on the practice injury report from Wednesday, a source tells the website that Brady will play Sunday vs. the Dolphins.
The Patriots also announced Thursday they had signed McLeod Bethel-Thompson to the practice squad. Aside from Bethel-Thompson, Jimmy Garoppolo is the only other quarterback on the Patriots roster after the team traded quarterback Ryan Mallett to the Texans last week.
Either way, we should have some Brady news soon, right?
