Seahawks sign long-snapper Gresham to extension

The Seattle Seahawks and long-snapper Clint Gresham agreed on Monday to a two-year extension, Yahoo! Sports reported.

The deal is worth $1,655 million, runs through the 2014 season and includes a $275,000 signing bonus.

Gresham, who signed as a restricted free agent with the Seahawks in March, would have been the second highest paid long-snapper in the league. By agreeing to the extension, Seattle will save about $550,000 against the salary cap this year.
