Packers to work out Matt Flynn

The Green Bay Packers are going to work out former Packers quarterback Matt Flynn, according to ESPN.

Flynn has a previous stint as a backup in Green Bay, which is starting Seneca Wallace with Aaron Rodgers sidelined with a broken collarbone.

Flynn once passed for 480 yards and six touchdowns for the Packers in 2011 in his only start for Green Bay.

Flynn was recently cut by the Buffalo Bills. He has played for the Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders, too.
