Former Titans LB Bulluck arrested

Former Tennessee Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck was arrested and charged with felony robbery after he was accused of taking money away from a cab driver during an argument in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday morning.

According to a statement released by the Nashville Police Department, Bulluck approached the cab, which was waiting outside a bar for a paid fare. There was an altercation in which Bulluck took a $100 bill from the cab driver and fled. The cab driver the called 911 at 3:50 a.m.

Once police arrived, the cab driver led them to Bulluck in a nearby parking lot and police arrested him.

Officers noticed the cab driver's shirt and undershirt were torn and that Bulluck smelled of alcohol, according to the report.

Bulluck was booked into jail and released on a $10,000 bond. He is due to appear in court Sept. 26.

Bulluck was part of the broadcast crew for the Titans' preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday night.

When Bulluck was released, he declined to comment about the charges to reporters waiting outside the jail.

"I've been here for 10 years and this is what you want to talk about?" he said.

Bulluck, 36, retired last year after 11 NFL seasons, 10 with the Titans.
