Bengals promote CB Lewis-Harris from practice squad

The Cincinnati Bengals promoted cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris from their practice squad on Thursday. with cornerback Terence Newman expected to miss 1-3 weeks due to an MCL sprain in his left knee.

Dre Kirkpatrick is likely to get his first NFL start against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Kirkpatrick has played well the past three games and has a sack and interception in that span.
