Royals Rally Over Brewers

KANSAS CITY, MO (WSAU) — The Kansas City Royals scored three runs in the 7th inning and beat the Milwaukee Brewers 3-2 on Monday night at Kaufman Stadium. Gary Sanchez hit a two-run homer in the 4th but that was all the offense the Brewers could muster on this night. Brewer starter Bryse Wilson held the Royals scoreless with just one hit through six innings. The Royals scratched out a rally against reliever Jared Koenig in the 7th which included a solo homer, a hit batsman, a walk and an infield hit. Milwaukee, now 20-14, will play at KC again tonight, weather permitting, pregame show at 6:05 on WSAU.
