• Food, drinks and entertainment in Shapiro’s $2.7 million Miami Beach home.

• Cash gifts.

In Shapiro’s words

• “William Joseph and I got friendly during his junior year, when he was projected to be coming out of the University of Miami. I met him through Cornelius Green, who was his roommate on the road while at the university. He partied a number of times on my tab in the clubs. He was in my house. He was in the clubs. He took cash. Just about E – all of the above.”
