After the embarrassment of losing an FA Cup final to a relegation-threatened side that was assembled for less than half the cost of his own Manchester City transfer fee, Carlos Tevez suffered further indignity when he took an unfortunate trip on the steps at Wembley, straight after having a losers' medal thrust in his face.

If only City had taken a more "holistic approach" to walking down stairs under Roberto Mancini, this never would have happened.
