NHL Three Stars: Raanta’s first shutout; Wilson scores twice for Preds
Darren Helm looks comfortable.
No. 1 Star: Colin Wilson, Nashville Predators
Wilson had two goals and an assist in the Predators' 6-4 win over the Detroit Red Wings. He opened the scoring just 1:54 in, then contributed his second midway through the third. It would stand up as the game-winner.
No. 2 Star: Antti Raanta, Chicago Blackhawks
Raanta stopped all 26 shots he faced in the Blackhawks' 1-0 win over the Los Angeles Kings, recording his first career shutout. Brandon Saad scored the game's lone goal.
No. 3 Star: Claude Giroux, Philadelphia Flyers
Giroux looked fantastic in the Flyers' visit to the West Coast, a 4-3 shootout win over the Vancouver Canucks. He picked up an assist on Philly's first goal, then scored a big equalizer shortly after the Canucks took the lead with a pretty impressive show of strength.
Honorable mention: Craig Anderson made 34 stops in the Ottawa Senators' 3-1 win over the Washington Capitals. And feast your eyes on this game-winner from Kyle Turris:
Did You Know?
Last 13 #Canucks games: Daniel Sedin 2 goals. Tom Sestito 2 goals.

Dishonorable mention: Rough night for Jimmy Howard, who surrendered 5 goals on 28 shots in his return to the net... Patrick Kane's point streak ended at 14 games. Way to blow it, guy... Speaking of blowing it, the Canucks had the lead Monday night with less than a minute to go, and they couldn't hold on.
