Part of it was desperation off a scramble from a rebound, but it was still a solid stop by Andersen. The Ducks need more plays like that from their goaltender. Anaheim has lost four games in a row and are 1-4-1 on the season.

There are currently questions about Ducks coach Bruce Boudreau and his future with the team. The Ducks have three more games on the road after this one, at the Chicago Blackhawks, Dallas Stars and St. Louis Blues.

Andersen has been one of the few bright spots for Anaheim this season with a 1.57 goals against average and .947 save percentage.
