UCF skydiver delivering game ball misses stadium entirely (Video)

The first Saturday of the 2014 college football season had an early start as Penn State and Central Florida kicked off at 8:30 a.m. ET at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland, but before the game got underway, there was a fancy pregame ceremony.

Part of that ceremony included a delivery of two game balls – one from Penn State and another from UCF – by two skydivers. Things did not go exactly as planned.

Penn State’s skydiver had great execution and landed softly at the 45-yard line.

The skydiver representing UCF had a different approach – missing Croke Park completely.

Oops!

In case you were wondering, the poor guy ended up landing safely on a local railroad.

The game started as planned, so we can assume that another game ball was located despite the minor mishap.

Maybe the struggle of the UCF skydiver was a bad omen for the Knights, as Penn State went on to win 26-24.
