Kansas lost to Stanford 60-57 on Sunday in the third round of the NCAA tournament missing out on a chance to advance to the Sweet 16. Someone apparently couldn't help themselves and used the official University of Missouri Twitter account to troll the Jayhawks in subtle fashion.

We ought to mention here that the Tigers didn't even make the NCAA tournament this year because of an inability to beat most of the best teams on its schedule. But that's not going to stop the Tigers from poking their old rival in the eye when they have the chance.

Missouri is still alive in the NIT with a game later today against Southern Miss.

The Jayhawks and Tigers really ought to get back to playing each other on the court and the football field. Some of those games were really entertaining. Why let more than a century of bitter contempt for each other die?
