Last year's Heisman winner sat down with NCAA officials for six hours over the weekend, a sign that the decision regarding his immediate eligibility is imminent. Texas A&M, however, opens their season Saturday against Rice, so the team will have a decision to make regarding Johnny Manziel's playing time if the NCAA hasn't handed out their recommendation by then.
