Zach McAllister suffers seventh loss of the season
Indians pitcher Zach McAllister put together a quality start in a losing effort Monday night against the Astros in Houston, dropping to 3-7 on the year. He allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out six over six innings of a 3-1 defeat.
McAllister has allowed six earned runs over his last 11 1/3 innings of work. He owns a 5.74 ERA and a 1.53 WHIP over 78 1/3 innings of work. He will likely be relegated to the bullpen moving forward.
