The New York Giants (1-1) are headed to San Francisco to take on the 49ers (2-0) on Thursday Night Football in the Giants' second prime-time game of the 2023 season.

The Giants continue their West Coast road trip coming off of the biggest comeback win in franchise history. After trailing 28-7 in the second half, they scored 24 unanswered points against the Cardinals to snatch their first victory of the season, 31-28. Quarterback Daniel Jones was 26-for-37 passing with 321 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.

The 49ers have won 12 straight regular-season games, a streak that continued Sunday in a 30-23 win over their divisional and in-state rival Rams. Quarterback Brock Purdy completed 17 of 25 pass attempts for 206 yards with no passing touchdowns and no interceptions. Running back Christian McCaffrey had 116 rushing yards and a touchdown on 20 carries (5.8 average yards per carry).
