Yankees, Mets announce lineups for Subway Series game on Wednesday
We have a classic pitching matchup tonight in the Subway Series.
Former Houston Astros teammates will be on the mound as Gerrit Cole makes the start for the Yankees, and Justin Verlander gets the call for the Mets.
The cross-town rivals finish up their two-game set with a 7:10 p.m. start at Citi Field tonight, and then they'll meet again July 25-26 at Yankee Stadium.
The Yankees overcame a 5-1 deficit against Max Scherzer and defeated the Mets, 7-6, in the first game Tuesday night.
