Who won NASCAR Cup race in Richmond? Winner is Denny Hamlin, plus full results

Denny Hamlin was the stunning winner of the NASCAR Cup Series Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway after a late-race caution, pit stop and restart.

Martin Truex Jr. led the most laps and was the leader by six-tenths of a second when Kyle Larson spun out with three laps to go.

Hamlin won the race off of pit road after all the lead lap cars elected to get new tires for the overtime finish. Hamlin cleared Truex down the backstretch on the restart and took the checkered flag a lap-and-a-half later.
